Who We Are

Sierra Adele
Marriage & Family Therapist
My style is collaborative and grounded, helping clients quickly develop practical skills while creating space for deeper emotional exploration. I believe meaningful change happens when you’re ready to grow—and I’m here to support you when that time comes.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have completed the hours toward licensure as an MFT. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). These experiences have equipped me to support individuals and families navigating a wide range of challenges.

Nikalina Plescia
Marriage & Family Therapist
Therapy can be a space to feel grounded, connected, and truly seen…even when things feel heavy. I create space for your full experience-emotional, physical, cultural, and relational—while gently attuning to the ways your body and mind carry what you’ve been through. I support children, teens, individuals, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more centered, more understood, and more confident in the choices you’re making as you move through life.
I earned a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. I also hold a Master's Degree in Public Health and B.A. degrees in Human Development from CSU San Marcos.

Rachel Shubin
Marriage & Family Therapist
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University.
I have always had a deep passion for helping people, and that passion naturally led me into the field of therapy. What drew me most was the opportunity to walk alongside others in their healing journey and create a space where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
I am trained in EMDR and trauma work, Gottman Method Level 2 for couples, and Prepare/Enrich for premarital and marital counseling. These approaches allow me to support clients through a wide range of challenges, from navigating the effects of trauma to strengthening relationships and building healthier patterns for the future.
