Life can feel overwhelming when you’re constantly carrying the weight of anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or the pressure to have everything figured out. Sometimes these struggles show up through your relationship with food or your body, while other times they leave you feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, eating disorders, body image concerns, life transitions, and relationship or family challenges, helping them better understand the patterns keeping them stuck and build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who they are. I also work with parents and families who want to feel more connected, communicate more openly, and understand the patterns that shape their relationships.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted, not judged. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness, while creating space for deeper insight, self-compassion, and lasting growth. Together, we’ll explore not only the symptoms bringing you to therapy, but also the underlying beliefs, experiences, and coping patterns that influence how you relate to yourself and others. My goal is to help you develop greater confidence, resilience, and trust in yourself so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and have experience providing therapy across all levels of care. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds has deepened my appreciation for each person’s unique story and reinforced my belief that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion. Whether you’re seeking support for a specific challenge or simply looking to create meaningful change in your life, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
