Therapy can be a space to feel grounded, connected, and truly seen…even when things feel heavy. I create space for your full experience-emotional, physical, cultural, and relational, while gently attuning to the ways your body and mind carry what you’ve been through. I support children, teens, individuals, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more centered, more understood, and more confident in the choices you’re making as you move through life.
I earned a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Public Health and B.A. degrees in Human Development from CSU San Marcos.
